The type of campaign I have handled in the past includes inbound, outbound, sales, retention, escalations campaigns. I am good in multi tasking and a good team player too. Hi my name is Frank, I have been working in the BPO industry since 2006, I have worked on several campaigns which include customer service, technical support and retail financial services. Over the years, I have learned to imagine an invisible sign on each customer account that I come across that says, “Make me feel important”. Ask your customers to be part of the solution, and don’t view them as part of the problem. Work’s everytime!
